Today, I would like to talk about exercises.There are a lot of exercises around us, for example, swimming, running, jogging and so on. I don't often do exercises so much, but I like to do skiing very much. I started to do skiing when I was 3 years old. It is very fun and exiting. I want to do in this winter. I recommend you to doing skiing! I really like to watch soccer games so much. I like to watch foreign soccer games and national Japanese team's games. I would like to watch the Olympic and World Cup games.

I introduce you to some benefits of laughter, today.
★Benefit of laughter★
Laugh is good for our health. If we cannot laugh in a loud voice, it is OK! If only we give a forced smile, it will be better.
There are four good effects by smiling. First, when we smile, natural cells which beat cancer and virus are increasing, immunity power is raising. Second, by using abdominal muscle, we will keep our bowels open. Third, we can enjoy communication smooth by laughing. Laugh keeps our good relationship. Fourth, laugh reduces stress! Because laugh makes our blood pressure decrease, the risk of heart disease is going down. We use our muscles by laughing, comfortable fatigu makes us good sleep. These effects get our body and mind to be healthy.
